Animal FarmIn animal farm, they didn't really have a name for their first revolution, which ended up successfully taking over the farm. Although the animal didn't plan for the revolution, it ended up quite well. The revolution occurred because Mr. Jones forgot to feed the animal, and the animal reached their limits and can take it anymore, so they charged into Mr. Jone's house and Mr. Jones was too afraid, so he fled and the animals are the new leader of Animal Farm.

Comparison
The October Revolution had some similarity to the revolution in animal farm, but still that are quite different. Although the two revolution achieve a similar goal, which is to take control over the old regime, in Russia, Lenin and Bolsheviks took control from Czar Nicholas II and in Animal Farm, the animal took control over Mr. Jones, the process of achieving the goal was very different. In Russia, Lenin and Bolsheviks planned the October revolution in details, and know what they need to do step by step, but in Animal Farm, the animals didn't plan anything and just charge into Mr. Jones' house and forced Mr. Jone to flee.
Effectiveness
Through the October revolution and the first revolution that happened in Animal Farm, George Orwell showed that the country will always belong to the people of the country, and if the people the not satisfied, the citizen can always force the existing regime to either end or change. This showed the idea of that no matter who is in charge of the government, it is always those who work and contribute to the country own the country.
